  • How can I pay for my booking?
Via our website through the Paypal method.
Cash to the driver. 
  • If my flight (or other form of transport) has been delayed, will your driver wait for me?
Of course our driver will wait for you, for however long is necessary.  Our drivers have online connections to airports, ports etc. so they will be aware of any delays.  Needless to say, there will be no extra charge for this.  
  • How will I recognise the driver awaiting me?
Our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrivals area and will be holding a placard with your name thereon.
It is essential that you have your mobile phone switched on once you arrive at the airport.  
  • Nevertheless, what happens if I donĘt manage to meet up with your driver?
Even though it is highly unlikely for this to happen, you may contact one of our staff by phoning our 24-hour telephone line whereby somebody will be happy to assist you. In extreme circumstances where our driver has encountered a problem (traffic accident, etc.), which prevents him from being there to meet you, our office will send another car for you.  If you do not have time to wait for another car in this situation, then we will propose to you that you take a taxi to your destination, the cost of which will be paid by us.  Needless to say, you will also receive a full refund of the money you have paid for the transfer.
It is essential that you have your mobile phone switched on once you arrive at the airport. 
  • What should I do if I arrive earlier than the expected arrival time?
You should wait at the arranged meeting point until our driver comes to meet you, or you may contact our telephone centre where our staff will advise you.  
  • If I have already paid for the booking of the transfer and I need to cancel it for some reason, will I lose my money?
Our company operates a 72 hour cancellation policy. There are no refunds for cancellations after that time.
  • Your transport will be an E-Class Mercedes Benz.
  • Customer luggage must fit in the boot of the car.  Should the clients have extra luggage, then a second car will be required.
  • Please note on the booking form that a child seat is required for children under 2 years.
  • Our cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance. No refund is made for cancellations after that time. Unlike the tour, the cancellation policy for the tour guide and limousine is 10 days. 

All prices are in euro (§) and include:
•    Car and Petrol for the duration of each programme.
•    English speaking driver for the duration of each programme.
•    1 to 4 persons without a tour guide, or 1 to 3 persons with a tour guide. Should you wish to use a tour guide, then their fee will be added to the cost of the tour.
•    Tolls.

Prices do NOT include:
•    The cost of entry to museums or archaeological sites, food or drinks. Customers should be aware of the entrance fee and visiting hours for museums and archaeological sites which they wish to visit.
•    Ferryboat or bridges. 

 In the event the customer wishes to extend the duration of the programme, he should personally contact our booking office, and provided it is feasible and he accepts the relevant charge, the programme can be extended. Any other agreement with the driver or tour guide is not permitted.
 None of our programmes include overnight accommodation in hotels or lodgings (even in the full day programme). In cases where the customer selects a programme of more than one day, he is required to book his own accommodation.
 Also, the customer should be aware that for programmes of more than one day, he is obliged to pay for the driverĘs accommodation and meals, as well as that of the tour guide where applicable.
